LCBO's Click & Collect Visual Identity

The Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) introduced a Click & Collect pilot program during the COVID-19 pandemic, enabling customers to shop online with 'Same-Day Pickup' within 2 hours.
Project Brief
Design a dynamic visual identity to represent LCBO's Click & Collect program consisting of a logomark & submark, iconography, and a colour palette based on current corporate brand guidelines. 
Design Rationale
Below are a series of logo & submark explorations that I designed for LCBO's Click & Collect Program. The concepts include playful arrangements with knocked-out, negative space iconography of wine, beer & spirit bottles set in a punchy palette. The composition feels dynamic and suggests movement & hast, alluding to the fast-paced nature of the 'Same-Day Pickup' program where orders are ready within 2 hours of processing.
The typography remained on-brand with some concepts opting for an italized font setting to further reiterate a sense of urgency.
